High School Fencing Championships to Feature Teams From North Gwinnett, Mill Creek and Flowery Branch
High school fencers from seven area schools: Flowery Branch, Brookwood, Mill Creek, North Gwinnett, Lanier, Lambert, and Peachtree Ridge, will be competing in the season's final championship tournament Saturday 4/20 and Sunday 4/21. Come and see what the sport of fencing is all about! Epee will be fenced on Saturday starting at 9 am for Men and 11:30 am for Women. Saber (both Men and Women) will fence on Sunday beginning at 9 am, while Foil has Sunday start times of 11:00 am for Men and 1:30 pm for Women. Both days, the tournament is expected to run until approx 5 pm. This is our season finale, and lots of medals and trophys will be awarded after each division's events. Come and cheer our fencers on to victory! This is a free event!
