Firefighters Battling Blaze in the Buford Area

Gwinnett County firefighter were called to the home at about 3:20 p.m. on Thursday.

BUFORD, GA — Gwinnett County firefighters were on the scene Thursday afternoon, battling a house fire in the Buford/Sugar Hill area.

Units responded at 3:22 p.m. to the fire, on the 1000 block of Shelby Lynn Court, NE.

Firefighters arrived to find heavy fire showing from the attached garage of the one-story house.

No injuries were immediately reported, but fire officials noted that searches had not yet been compleated on the home.
