Police say Anthony Flor, of Atlanta, was in the back of a woman's car outside the TJ Maxx in Buford.

BUFORD, GA -- Just over a day after a woman reported discovering a stranger in her car's backseat outside the TJ Maxx in Buford, Gwinnett County Police say they have their man.

A woman reported to police that, on Tuesday at about 6 p.m., she was returning to her car after shopping when she looked in her rearview mirror and saw an unknown man looking at her from the backseat.
