Police: Home Invasion Suspect Is Armed, Dangerous
Raahmil Brantley is wanted in connection with a May 23 invasion of a home in Buford.

BUFORD, GA -- A home-invasion suspect on the loose is "a threat to the community and should be considered armed and dangerous," police say.
Gwinnett County Police are searching for Raahmil Brantley, 24, in connection with a May 23 incident.
According to police, a man was feeding his dog in his back yard on Lanier Springs Drive in Buford when he saw a man, armed with a handgun, climbing a back fence.

The victim ran inside and, after locking a sliding glass door, tried to hold it closed as the intruder tried to open it.
When he saw the intruder pick up a metal hose, he grabbed his daughter and ran out of the house, screaming for someone to call 911. He ran to a neighbor's house and called 911.

The victim and neighbor both saw the man police say was Brantley running through the victim's back yard to get away. It is unclear, police say, why the victim was targeted in the crime.
Brantley, whose whereabouts are unknown, is wanted on charges of home invasion and cruelty to children.
