Teen Says She Was Raped at Friend's Buford Home

A teenage girl says despite her pleas to stop, her boyfriend forced her to have sex at a friend's Buford home.

Police were called to Gwinnett Medical Center on April 13 to interview the teen. The girl told police she and her boyfriend were at a friend's house in Buford when her boyfriend asked her to have sex with him. 

"[The teen] told me she did not want to have sex with [the suspect], but felt like she had to because he was her boyfriend," the officer wrote in the incident report.

While the two were engaged in sexual relations, the teen told her boyfriend she wanted to stop. According to the teen, her boyfriend would not stop and, when she sat up and tried to push him away, he put his hand over her mouth, pushed her to the floor and continued to have intercourse.

The teen was taken to the hospital by her aunt after complaining of vaginal pain and pain in her left hip. The officer noted the teen was "visibly upset" and crying.

The case was forwarded to detectives and is listed as active.
