Matt Haley was Buford's fastest runner in the annual Peachtree Road Race, held Thursday, July 4, in Atlanta.
More than 55,000 runners participated in the annual 10-kilometer race down Peachtree Street.

According to results posted on the Atlanta Track Club's website, Haley ran the race in a time of 32 minutes, 49 seconds to finish 71st overall. He was one second behind Steven Spevacek of Lilburn, who turned in Gwinnett's fastest time (unofficially)
