4 Injured When Car Overturns In Canton
The four occupants of the Honda passenger vehicle were transported to an area hospital following the Wednesday evening accident.
CANTON, GA -- A single-vehicle accident injured four people late Wednesday evening in Cherokee County.
Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services crews responded to the crash just before midnight on Epperson Road, which sits off Scott Road and east of Canton.
First responders arrived on the scene to find a Honda passenger vehicle lying on its top.

The four occupants in the vehicle -- driver Christopher Maddox, 27, and passengers, Khrista Helton, 34, Alaysia Helton, 46, and Khari Brooks, 22 -- were transported by ambulance to WellStar Kennestone Hospital for treatment.
A preliminary report from the Georgia State Patrol indicates car was traveling eastbound on Epperson Road when it left the roadway, Cherokee County fire said. The car over corrected, which caused it to flip and land on its top.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation, and the Georgia State Patrol said charges are still pending at this time.
