With new active adult homes being built across the metro Atlanta area, Windsong Properties is booming. The builder has sold out at Garden Street in Woodstock, opened Windsong Manor in Dallas this year and is developing its newest community in Woodstock, Heron Pond. To keep up with the pace, Windsong Properties has added Brandon Teeters to its construction team of excellence.
Certified as a residential builder in the State of Georgia, Teeters has over 10 years of experience and has previously worked as a senior superintendent at Weatherby & Associates, as a builder at TCW Builders Group and as a custom builder at Mark A. Palmer. His work includes homes at the single-family community of Great Sky in Canton and million dollar homes in Buckhead. He is skilled in customer service, budgeting, framing, concrete finishing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, trim carpentry, drywall, landscaping and management.
A resident of Canton, Tetters is a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church and is a volunteer at his son’s school, Cherokee Charter. He is actively involved in his community’s HOA and is known as the go-to-guy for any issue related to construction, auto repair and information technology. Teeters enjoys giving back and has assisted with several Habitat for Humanity homes in Marietta.
