Officers responded to a person shot call around 12:05 a.m. July 31 at Bodock’s Bar and Grill, which is located at 150 Riverstone Parkway.
Officers found a 38-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his hip area, the agency previously told Patch.
Canton police say the shooting occurred outside the eatery following an altercation inside. The victim was transported to WellStar Kennestone Hospital where he was treated and subsequently released.
Fleming, who police say is “armed and dangerous,” is described as a black male who is about 5’11’’ and has a bald head.
He has brown eyes, a goatee and a mustache, and is possibly driving a gold Nissan or Toyota Camry. The model year of the car possibly ranges between 1990 and 2001.
Anyone with information about the case and Fleming’s whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Scott Hoffman at 770-720-4883 or scott.hoffman@canton-georgia.com.
