#CantonForward Workshop Set For Thursday

If you do and want an outlet to express those opinions, then the city of Canton will have the perfect chance for you to do so.
The city on Thursday, Jan. 14 will host a community workshop to discuss the future of both areas at City Hall. The workshop, organized by the firm TSW, will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Residents will be joined by their neighbors, community leaders, city officials and others to brainstorm solutions for the future of both areas.
The workshop will include an introduction to the #CantonForward planning process and a summary of what the planning team has learned from the community so far.
A downtown expert will also be on hand to discuss what makes a successful municipality. Interactive stations will then allow citizens to give their input on the future of the River Mill District, downtown Canton as well as feedback on restaurants, events, walking and biking, jobs, the arts and other initiatives.
Canton City Hall is located at 151 Elizabeth Street.
