Cherokee Chamber Seeks Top 10 In 10 Nominations
The program recognizes young professionals who are dubbed to be Cherokee County's rising stars and potential future leaders.
CANTON, GA -- The Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for the 2017 Top 10 in 10 Young Professionals recognition program, an initiative designed to showcase exceptional young professionals.
Coordinated by the Chamber in partnership with Enjoy! Cherokee Magazine, the program focuses on Cherokee County residents between the ages of 20 and 40 who are considered to be the area's potential future leaders.
Do you know a 20 to 40-year-old rising professional residing in Cherokee who is an up and coming leader? Do they have their sights on where they want to be in the next five to 10 years? Perhaps that person is you.

Judging criteria includes professional goals, volunteer/community activities as well as past professional achievements and awards.
Those chosen for this recognition will be recognized at the Chamber's Good Morning Cherokee breakfast held on the first Thursday in June, featured in the Summer Issue of Enjoy! Cherokee Magazine and nominated for the GeorgiaTrend Magazine 40 Under 40 recognition.

Rising stars recognized in 2016 as Cherokee County's next generation of community leaders were Rachel Ashe, Will Carlan, Ashley Carlile, Brittany Duncan, Melissa Forrester, Amy Graham, Todd Hayes, Dr. Rory Hekking, Angela Weaver Reece, and Cory Wilson.
Nomination forms are available from the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce at 3605 Marietta Highway in Canton or online.
