Initially Hulsey made arrangements to travel to Cherokee County to meet the "13-year-old," but then later agreed to pick her up at a bus station if she would travel to Macon.

In early November, Internet Crimes Against Children detectives with the Cherokee Sheriff's Office arrested two men following "undercover online chat" investigations. The suspects were communicating online with what they thought were girls age 14 and younger, the department said.

Andy Estremera, 22, of Gainesville, requested and sent lewd images online before requesting the "juvenile" take a taxi and meet him in Hall County, investigators said. Gainesville Police arrested Estremera at his residence on Cherokee County charges.

Estremera was taken to the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center Wednesday where he has been charged with computer electronic pornography and child exploitation act, sexual exploitation of a child, obscene internet contact with a minor and electronic distribution of obscene material to a minor. He will have no bond.

Jerome Walters, 25, of Canton, reportedly traveled to Woodstock Tuesday afternoon to meet the "juvenile" he had been communicating with. Walters offered money for the juvenile to spend the weekend with him, the department said.

He arrived at the Cherokee County Recreation Center, next door to the Cherokee Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Precinct, and was taken into custody.

Walters is charged with computer pornography exploitation, attempted child molestation and Pandering. Walters remains in custody at the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center without bond.
