Cherokee Schools Hosting Inaugural Support Staff Job Fair

CANTON, GA — The Cherokee County School District’s inaugural job fair focused on support staff will be from 2:30-5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 16, at its technology campus at 1030 Keeter Road, in Canton.

The school district will be accepting applications and conducting interviews during the event for current openings and next school year openings for: bus drivers, School Nutrition workers, paraprofessionals and technology professionals.

Applicants will be able to meet and speak with people who work in these roles for the district. These positions offer outstanding full-time benefits and follow the school calendar. Cherokee Schools provides training, including licensing for school bus drivers and safety certification for school nutrition workers, as well as professional development and advancement opportunities.
