Culvert Project Could Cause Delays at Holly Springs Intersection

HOLLY SPRINGS, GA -- The Holly Street Drainage and Culvert Replacement Project kicked off Monday in the city of Holly Springs.

The contractor will be working at the intersection of Childers Road and Holly Street to replace two culverts, extending the concrete flume along the roadway and extending storm pipe under Childers Road at its intersection with Holly Street, the city said Monday.

Motorists and residents should expect delays in this area starting the week of Monday, April 4 through Friday, April 8.

Flagmen will be present in this area to direct traffic, the city said.
