Donations Needed For Wreaths Across America
The annual program will be held Saturday, Dec. 16 at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton.

CANTON, GA -- Organizers behind the Wreaths Across America ceremony held each year at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton are hard at work hoping this year's program will proceed without a hitch. This year's event will be held on Saturday, Dec. 16.
The wreath placement will begin at 11 a.m. while the program starts at noon at the cemetery at 1080 Scott Hudgens Drive, which is located off Knox Bridge Highway/S.R. 20.
Donations are being accepted to help ensure every gravestone at the cemetery has a wreath for the ceremony. According to the Wreaths Across America fundraising page for the local effort, 6,341 of 11,000 wreaths have been sponsored.
