DOUGLAS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT does a bad job for our HOA

CANTON - OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FIRM IS BADLY RATED ONLINE

3 weeks ago I had an inquiry about fence requirements which I sent to the listed Holly Mill BOD address via email. When I did not get any reply I forwarded via mail a letter to J. Brack at Douglas Property Management, Woodstock, enclosing a copy of the unanswered email about fences in the View subdivision.

I still have had no reply from either the BOD or Douglas and this got me to looking up Douglas at various consumer rating sites.

Those rating it favorably seem highly suspect and most likely many were put up by Douglas itself.

I have complained to the BBB, Perhaps I will get a reply?
