Easter Eggstravaganza Set For March 24 In Canton
The 32nd annual event will be held at a new location, Etowah River Park on Brown Industrial Parkway.

CANTON, GA — Northside Hospital Cherokee is inviting the community to come out and celebrate its 32nd annual Easter Eggstravaganza. This year's event will be held from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 24 at a new location: Etowah River Park at 600 Brown Industrial Parkway in Canton.
“This is the first time we will hold our Eggstravaganza at Etowah River Park, and we are so excited to welcome our communities to come out and support our Special Care Nursery babies,” said Patricia Daniel, Northside Hospital Foundation special events and fundraising coordinator.
This year’s event includes exciting activities for all ages, including a petting zoo, moonwalks, carnival games, face painters, arts and crafts, free drinks, popcorn and cotton candy and selfies with the Easter Bunny (For more news like this, find your local Patch here. Bring an Easter basket and join us for one of four egg hunts:
- 1:30 p.m. – for children, age 0 to 3 years old, and for those who have special needs and require assistance
- 1:45 p.m. – for children, ages 4 to 6
- 2 p.m. – for children, ages 7 to 9
- 2:15 p.m. – for children, ages 10 years and up
Admission to the Easter Eggstravaganza, food and activities are free. Souvenir T-shirts are $10 each. All proceeds will benefit the Special Care Nursery at Northside Hospital Cherokee.

Guests are encouraged to bring donations of large size diapers, wipes and baby food donations for MUST Ministries in Cherokee. No glass bottles or jars. Collection bins will be available at the event.
In case of inclement weather on Saturday, March 24, the event will be rescheduled to Sunday, March 25. In case of inclement weather on March 25, the event will be canceled. For more information and to register to this free event, visit give.northside.com/EasterEggstravaganza.
