Participants in the contest will be responsible for bringing their fully assembled scarecrow and entry forms to Cannon Park. All scarecrows will be kept on display through the month of October. The Canton Main Street Program staff will be available to assist in displaying the scarecrows. Public voting will be cast by ballots available at Yawn's Bookstore and Keys Jewelry. Awards will be announced October 29 at the Great Pumpkin Festival. Contest rules are listed on the City of Canton's website.
