Frank Reynolds To Be Sworn In As Cherokee County Sheriff
The ceremony will be held Tuesday, Dec. 20 at the historic Cherokee County Courthouse.

CANTON, GA -- Cherokee County's next sheriff will be sworn into office early next week in Canton.
The ceremony for Sheriff-Elect Frank A. Reynolds will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20 at the historic Cherokee County Courthouse at 100 North Street in downtown Canton.
Residents are invited to attend the event, which will mark the end of long-time Sheriff Roger Garrison's tenure in office.

Reynolds won the four-way May 24 Republican primary in the race to lead the Cherokee Sheriff's Office with 69 percent of the vote.
