- Observed potentially hazardous food (milk) cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit in the store side walk in cooler. The manager corrected and relocated milk.
- Observed sausage bisquits in warmer at a improper temperature of 114 degrees F. and must store at 135 degrees F. or above. The manager corrected and turned up the heat.
- No date marking on ready to eat pizza toppings or opened milk container. The manager corrected and discarded pizza toppings and expired milk dated 9-27-2015.
- Observed flour food container improperly filled with sugar. The manager must ensure that all food products are properly labeled.
- Observed bulk sugar not covered or protected and must be corrected and products stored in a protective bulk bin container.
- Observed build up between and behind equipment and must keep facility clean in hard to reach places.
- Observed large and small rodent droppings throughout the facility and must be cleaned up and rodent controlled.
