• The hand sink in the kitchen area was removed. This sink must be replaced to help provide good hand washing in the kitchen area.
• When tested, the dish washing machine was not sanitizing (0.0 ppm cl). Dishes, utensils,and other equipment, once used, must be properly washed, rinsed and sanitized correctly @ 50 ppm chlorine. Service will be called for machine.
• Several potentially hazardous food located in the back refrigerated prep unit, in kitchen, has unsafe temperatures(crab cake 49°F, crab salad 50°F). Cold, potentially hazardous food must be 41°F or less. PIC discarded these item
• Left over cooked potentially hazardous foods found in prep unit without date. All left over,potentially hazardous food not used within 24 hours must be dated and used within 7 days.
• Utensils are sitting at tables, upright with food contact surface exposed to possible environmental contamination. Food contact surfaces must be protected.
• Unwrapped drinking straws are sitting upright with out any type of cover at bar. This allows for possible environmental contamination. Must properly protect straw’s surface
• Need to repair malfunctioning stall in women’s restroom. Must repair.
• Kitchen floor was flooded in prep area and at dishwashing machine. Need to eliminate flooding to aid in proper cleaning and safety.
• Many flies in kitchen area. Need to find source/reason of fly attraction and eliminate.
