• Observed interior of reach-in cooler soiled with accumulation of food stuffs. Must clean and sanitized whenever spillage occurs
• Observed build up of grease and food stuffs behind equipment. Must keep restaurant as clean as possible.
• Observed flies in the kitchen area. Must take necessary step to eliminate flies.

• Observed garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster and must be cleaned up

• Observed food stored on floor in the walk-in freezer. All food must be stored at least 6 inches off of the floor to prevent infestation.
• Observed that several pans were stored wet. All pans and utensils must be properly air-dried before stacking and storing.
• Observed the hood ventilation system inadequate as evidenced by grease accumulation on walls/ceiling.
