Leadership Cherokee Tours Chattahoochee Tech's Canton Campus
Members of the class received an overview of the college's 45 programs of study and took part in hands-on training in a biology lab.
CANTON, GA -- Members of the Chamber’s Leadership Cherokee program on Friday toured Chattahoochee Technical College’s Canton Campus.
The tour allowed members of the class to gain a better understanding of the programs and services offered by the college.
During the tour, existing and emerging leaders from Cherokee County were provided an overview of Chattahoochee Tech’s 45 programs of study and got hands-on training in a biology and Early Childhood Care & Education lab.

A program of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Cherokee exposed the group of existing and emerging leaders to a broad range of sessions that focused on topics such as economic development, infrastructure, government, justice, arts, education, recreation, tourism, public safety, healthcare and social/human services.
Following nine months of leadership training, the Leadership Cherokee Class of 2017 will graduate during a ceremony in September.
