Canton, GA -- State Representative Mandi Ballinger (R-Canton) will host an education listening session on Friday in downtown Canton.

The listening session will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Jan. 8 at the Canton Theater.
The purpose of Friday’s session is to “provide a forum for residents to give their feedback on the state’s Education Reform Commission report and other issues related to education,” Ballinger’s office said.

“It is very important to me to hear the comments and concerns from my constituents regarding the Education Reform Commission’s report before the legislative session begins and before any related legislation is introduced,” said Rep. Ballinger. “I look forward to hearing feedback from members of the community on this issue.”
The Canton Theater is located at 171 East Main Street.
