This event includes a car show, a motorcycle ride, an auction, a 50/50 raffle, a kiddie carnival and an evening dancing and live music.
One way residents can help the band is to create a basket decorated with items related to a specific theme, which will be auctioned off at the event.

You can do one individually, with a group of friends or as a business donation. This basket would be created based on a specific theme and include a basket or container and items relating to that theme.
Organizers are asking that the value of the basket and contents be a minimum of $25 to $50. They also request that the basket contain no alcoholic beverages or other items that would be inappropriate for school-related activities.
Ideas for basket themes are:
- Holiday and seasonal baskets: New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, spring fling, summer fun, July 4th, back to school, Thanksgiving, Christmas;
- Comfort, sport, and hobby baskets: hearth healthy, chocolate or coffee lovers, reading/book lovers, gardening, rainy day fun, car lovers, Grizzlies spirit, golf outing, spring yard cleanup, a day at the beach, stress chaser, music lovers.
The money raised at the event will be used to replace the band’s uniforms, which are 10 years old. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held on May 9.
