In Memory: Bruce Williams, 59, Loved Boating, Football, Helping Friends

The Canton resident served in the United States Marine Corps and was an avid Denver Broncos fan.

Canton, GA -- Mr. Bruce Williams, 59, of Canton passed away Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Northside Hospital-Cherokee.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015 from the Sosebee Memorial Chapel. Mr. Williams will be cremated following the funeral service. The family received friends on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Williams served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He enjoyed snow skiing, boating and helping his friends. Bruce also liked watching football and was an avid Denver Broncos fan.

He was preceded in death by his father, Laurence Williams and brother, Laurence B. Williams. Survivors include his wife, Mila Williams; children, Travis Williams and Lauren Williams; mother, Gail Williams; siblings Fran (Doug) Oblander and David (Kat Warren) Williams; and several nieces and nephews.
