Scottie Reece, 46, of Waleska passed away Friday, April 15, 2016, at his residence.

Funeral services are scheduled for 4 p.m. Monday, April 18, 2016, at Hopewell Baptist Church with Rev. Daryl Bailey, Rev. Nathan Smith and Rev. Michael McPherson officiating. Interment will follow at Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, April 17, 2016, and from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour at South Canton Funeral Home. He was preceded in death by daughter, Courtney Reece.

Survivors include: wife, Amy Reece of Waleska; daughters, Haley and Erin Reece of Waleska; parents, Robert (Bud) and Linda Reece of Ball Ground; sisters, Kim and Casey Kilgore of Waleska and Stacey and Jackie Andrews of Ball Ground; special family friend, T.J. Raiford; mother-in-law, Lou Thompson; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
