Tyler Lewis Reece, 30, of Canton passed away Monday, Feb. 8, 2016.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11 at Hopewell Baptist Church (78 Ridge Road, Canton, Georgia 30114) with Pastor Norman Hunt and Dr. Ken Smith officiating.

Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.

Mr. Reece will lie in state at Hopewell Baptist Church from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour on Thursday, Feb. 11.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10 and from 10 a.m. to noon Feb. 11 at South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by grandfathers, Glen Reece and Linton Lewis. Survivors include parents, Ava and Ronnie Reece, Canton; sister, Kalyn Reece, Canton; girlfriend: Hannah Ray, Ball Ground; grandmother “Nick” Reece; grandmother Doris Lewis; his dog, Koopa; and several aunts, uncles and other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations are to be made to Teen Challenge.
