New Support Group For Heart Patients Forms At Northside Cherokee
Mended Hearts™, a support group for heart patients and their caregivers, now meets the fourth Tuesday of each month.

From Northside Cherokee:Mended Hearts™, a support group for heart patients and their caregivers, now meets the fourth Tuesday, each month, at 10:30 a.m. at Northside Hospital Cherokee in Canton.
Monthly meetings feature a mix of guest speakers including cardiologists and other health care specialists, caregivers and survivors speaking about their personal cardiac experiences. Anyone who has suffered a heart attack, heart disease, stroke or other cardiac event, regardless of where treatment was received, is welcome to attend.
Mended Hearts is the largest cardiovascular peer-to-peer support network in the world. The organization has more than 400 chapters at more than 460 hospitals nationwide and serves more than 200,000 patients every year with peer visitors, support group meetings and offer educational forums.
