No Injuries In Harmon Circle Fire

A passerby alerted first responders to a fire Friday at Harmon Circle.

CANTON, GA — There were no injuries in a Friday afternoon fire at Harmon Circle, near Marietta Road, according to Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services.

The department responded around noon to a house fire that was reported to dispatchers by a passerby, according to a news release.

Crews found smoke coming out of the one-story residence when they arrived. No one was found inside of the home, according to the release.

The Canton Police Department assisted with a traffic delay due to the fire, the release said.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
