The building sits next to the campus’s first medical office building, spanning five floors and 125,000 square feet. Multiple floors connect to the first medical office building and main hospital.
“The connection of the floors allows services to easily bridge patient care across disciplines, promoting communication between the doctors and creating better outcomes,” Pearson said.
The building includes the highly-popular cardiac rehabilitation practice, which has almost tripled in size. Additionally, Northside has set aside 15,000 square feet for expected expansion and news practices. Services in the new space include:

During his remarks, Hayes said Northside Hospital Cherokee has and will continue to grow to meet the needs of its community.
“People often say, ‘how long is the crane going to be up?’ and I say, ‘Hopefully forever.’ We know if the crane’s up then there’s progress being made, our hospital is growing, our community is growing,” Hayes said. “I couldn’t be prouder to say I’m a part of this community, this city and its accomplishments.”
Practices in the new medical office building are opening in a laddered schedule and will be fully open by October. To learn more about all the services offered at Northside Hospital Cherokee, visit their website.
