Obituary: Christine "Chris" Towns, 67
The family of Christine Towns will receive friends Friday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. at Sosebee Funeral Home.

Christine "Chris" Towns, 67, of Canton, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, at her residence.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Trammell Rhodes officiating.
Towns will be cremated following the funeral service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m.
Towns was a retired office manager. She was a member of Women of the Moose and enjoyed sewing and boating.
She is survived by her son, Todd Parris of Canton; sisters, Alma Holbert of Toonigh, Marie Marko of Toonigh and Arlene Patterson of Acworth; several nieces and nephews.
