Partnering With Parents to Build a Love of Learning

The Freeman family, Bernard, Ronda, Gavin and Leah, has been supporters of Primrose Harmony on the Lakes for over 5 years. Their oldest son Gavin attended Primrose Harmony and has gone on to perform exceptionally well in elementary school. Bernard and Ronda believe his success is in part due to the early years spent at Primrose Harmony which helped to nurture and cultivate his enthusiasm toward learning. The family stated that it was only natural that Leah would follow in his footsteps!

Leah is in Pre-K and enjoys school; she is so excited to be attending 5 days a week. Leah is always excited to share what she has learned in school each day and enjoys the Tap/Ballet Class. The family stated that Leah is not only learning the fundamentals, she is learning social skills and how to conduct herself in a classroom setting. The family is very pleased with the structured curriculum at Primrose and the feeling that she is safe and cared for by teachers and staff.

When school is not in session, Leah loves coloring, drawing and jigsaw puzzles. To date, the largest puzzle she has put together was 100 pieces!! Leah enjoys watching all the Disney Princess movies, playing “Teacher” and reading to her baby dolls.

As a family, the Freeman family enjoys traveling; some of their favorite family destinations are Disney World, Smoky Mountain Cabins and different beaches. Some of their favorite past times involve going to the movie theater, Six Flags Over Georgia and eating Mexican food on Friday’s just to name a few.
