The event will be held from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Friday, March 24 at Cup Up Coffee at 210 East Main Street in downtown Canton.
The March 24 event is fitting, as all law enforcement agencies in the county "strongly feel that community events such as this are essential to us connecting and engaging with the citizens we serve," said Canton Police Chief Mark Mitchell.

"We also believe this program will help to build a foundation of trust with each segment of our communities and will grow a very positive culture between our hard working departments and this great county," he added.
Mitchell once again thanked the citizens for their support and feedback, which helps the department in providing better services to the public.
"Our hope is our citizens will see we truly care about them, their quality of life, their safety and what goes on in our communities," the chief added.
