Primrose Corporate Recognize Local Owners

In a recent issue of the Primrose Corporate Newsletter, the Essentials, Primrose School of Harmony on the Lakes owners, Dr. Sandra Chaney and Sharon Shelton were highlighted for their roles as educators in the community.

“Sandra Shelton-Chaney, a former elementary school principal, has been passionate about working closely with parents and teachers to instill a love of learning during a child’s early years. She provides high-quality educational experiences to support children’s social-emotional, cognitive, physical development and creative skills. Sandra believes Primrose gave her a wonderful roadmap to follow. Seeing the fruits of her labor and following that roadmap gives her energy and excitement to fuel her passion. Primrose Schools supports her passion with its strong emphasis on cognitive skills, as well as character development, independence and a love of learning. “These qualities are definitely necessary and needed in order for the young child to be nurtured from birth and beyond for success in school and later life,” Sandra said.

Sharon Shelton feels that education is the key to success in every aspect of one’s life. After experiencing Primrose as a parent and seeing the impact that it had on her children, she wanted to share the Primrose Experience with her community. Sharon wanted a business that she could believe in, and Primrose School of Harmony on the Lakes has helped her achieve that goal and so much more.
