• Observed employee engage in food preparation, handle clean equipment or utensils, or touch unwrapped single-service items, without washing hands. Corrected on-site by washing hands and cleaning the containers that were touched.
• Worker seen handling ready to eat food such as noodles and dumplings with bare hands when glove or utensil use is required. Corrected onsite by discarding the food that was touched with bare hand.
• Observed improper horizontal separation of raw animal foods and ready-to-eat foods.
• Observed improper vertical separation of raw animal foods and ready-to-eat foods.
• Observed cooked chicken stored next to raw chicken and under the raw beef in the walk in cooler. Corrected onsite by moving the chicken to a different area.
• Observed ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food prepared on-site and frozen not properly date marked. Corrected onsite by dating the containers and discarding the foods that are expired. Must use with in 7 days from the date of preparation.
• Noodles and dumplings were being cooled at room temperature. Corrected onsite by putting them in the walk in cooler.
• Copy of the latest inspection report was not posted.
• A follow-up inspection was scheduled, but no date was provided.
