The Cherokee County Environmental Health Department conducted food service inspections Nov. 8-15 at the following establishments:

• Observed employee wearing gloves without washing hands. Corrected onsite by washing hands and wearing gloves.
• Observed employee drinking from open cups. Must drink in closed cups. Corrected onsite by discarding the cups.
• Observed foods such as croutons and bread not covered. Corrected onsite by covering the foods.
• Observed dish machine sanitizer (dispensing only 10 ppm) not dispensing the right amounts. Must use the 3-compartment sink until the dish machine gets fixed.
• All the food containers must be stored 6 inches off the floor.
• Observed employees working in the back kitchen not wearing hair restraints. Corrected onsite by wearing hair restraints.
• Must thoroughly clean the inside of the cooler.
• Must fix the leak at the hand washing sink and the drink machine.
