• Observed old date mark stickers on clean equipment and must be removed before cleaning.
• Observed build up and food debris on dish machine and must be cleaned and sanitized.
• Observed build up between and behind equipment and must keep facility clean in hard to reach places.
• Observed light bulbs missing the protective shields in storage areas and must be corrected.
