• Observed an open beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Corrected onsite by discarding the cups.
• No soap provided at hand washing sink. Corrected onsite by providing the soap.
• Must clean the doors and gaskets of all the coolers, vents in the hood and floors in the kitchen.
• Observed lights not working in the hood. Must replace the light bulbs as soon as possible.
• Remarks: Went over employee health policy.
