• Observed food stored on floor in the walk-in freezer. All food stuffs must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed the condenser in the walk-in-freezer is in poor repair. Ice dripping and frozen on boxes of food. Observed no copy of the latest inspection posted on drive-thru windows. Must ensure to copy and post inspection for all to see.
• Observed food containers were stored and stacked wet. All food equipment must be properly air-dried before stacking and storing.
• Observed interior of several cooling units was soiled with accumulation of food residue.
• Observed the floor tile chipped or missing in the back kitchen. Must ensure the floor stay in good repair and cleanable.
