• Top dumpster lids missing and side doors open. Dumpster must have lids and doors and must stay closed.
• Several employee items stored with service items. Segregate employee items.

• Cooked potentially hazardous food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit within 6 hours. Corrected onsite by discarding the rice.
• Observed cooked rice cooled in deep pans. Corrected onsite by transferring the rice into shallow pans.
• Observed potentially hazardous food thawed in an improper manner. Observed meat thawed at room temperature. Corrected onsite by thawing under running tap water.
