• No soap at hand sink in women's restroom. Soap was replaced on request. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed heavy mildew film on interior door and deflector of ice machine. This must be properly cleaned and sanitized following manufacturer's directions.
• Observed buildup of food grease inside food containers which were in use. Food was removed and containers were cleaned and sanitized as requested. Corrected On-Site.
• Raw wood used as shelving inside cooler units. This is not cleanable material and cannot be used.
• Equipment exteriors and interiors of cooling units have buildup of food film and dried food residue. These surfaces must be cleaned and maintained.
• Several employee items stored in areas where customer food is also stored. Separate employee food items.
