• No soap or paper towels located at hand washing sink next to the 3 compartment sink. Corrected onsite by providing paper towels.
• Observed the inside of the ice machine covered with mold. Must thoroughly clean and sanitize by the end of the day.
• Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
• Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried.
