• Observed the inside of the ice machines covered with mold and rust. Must thoroughly clean and sanitize the ice machines by the end of the day.
• Observed rice held at temperatures below 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Corrected onsite by keeping the cooked rice in the walk in cooler because they do not have space to hold. The rice cooked is with in the time limit.
• Observed leak at the hand washing sink next to the walk in cooler. Must get the leak fixed as soon as possible.
• Remarks: Clean the ceiling tiles and vents and clean the gaskets of reach in cooler in the bar area. Only hand washing sink is provided in the bar area.
