• Observed potentially hazardous food thawed in a improper manner, Raw pork thawing in a pot of water. Must thaw foods under refrigeration, under running water or in a microwave oven the cook immediately. Management discarded meat.
• Observed shrimp stored in the reach-in cooler under undrained ice. Management discarded food items. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed food containers stored and stacked wet. Must ensure all equipment is properly air-dried before stacking and storing.
• Observed food debris accumulated on kitchen floor.
• Observed the floor in the kitchen in poor repair. Must ensure all equipment and floor, walls are in good repair.
