The Cherokee County Environmental Health Department conducted food service inspections March 16-23 at the following establishments:

• Observed soiled build-up on the ice machine lid. Must ensure ice machine stays cleaned.
• Observed a box of frozen food stored on the floor of the walk-in freezer. All foods must be stored at least six inches off the ground.

• Observed no copy of latest inspection report in one of the drive-in windows, and a damage copy in the other window. Manager must make sure latest inspections are posted.
• Observed a food worker not washing hands after changing tasks, then re-gloving and started cooking.
• Observed ceiling tiles are in poor repair and ceiling has a hole in it.
