• Observed cleaned plates, dishes and pans dirty -- still have food particles on them. Corrected by cleaning the plates.
• Observed food in grill pull-out cooler cold held above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Corrected by moving the foods to the walk in cooler.
• Observed wet stacked and stored food containers; they must be allowed to air dry before storage.
• Make sure to use the hand washing sink only for hand washing; observed Knives in the hand washing sink.
• Observed rust in the ice machine.
• Make sure to change the date stickers on the pans when it is used for storing a new/fresh product.
