Rockin' The River Concert Brings Food Trucks, Music To Canton

If you’re looking for good food, music and a place to jump start your weekend, Canton’s Etowah River Park on Friday will offer just what the doctor ordered.

The city will host its Thomas Fountain Rockin’ the River Concert at 6 p.m. Oct. 23 at the park, which is located at the end of Brown Industrial Parkway.

Residents are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs to enjoy the tunes of hometown favorite Thomas Fountain, a rising country music artist. While coolers are permitted, the city does not allow glass containers in the park. Fountain will take the stage at 7 p.m.

For those who may come hungry, don’t fret! The city has lined up an array of food trucks that will be on hand to satisfy your appetite. Some of these trucks include Tex’s Tacos, Seven Seas Mediterranean Cafe, AngelFire7BBQ, Ice Ice Lady and The Taqueria.

Stouts Growlers will also be the scene for those who may want adult beverages. Etowah River Park’s address is 600 Brown Industrial Parkway.
