Woodstock Voters Head To The Polls On Tuesday

Voters will decide who will serve as the next representative for the Ward 4 City Council seat.

Voters in the city of Woodstock will go to the polls on Tuesday to have their say on the only contested race on the Nov. 3 ballot.

Voters in the city will be choosing who will serve as the next Ward 4 representative on the City Council. Incumbent Liz Baxter is facing opposition from former City Council member Tracy Collins.

Two other seats -- Ward 2 and Ward 6 -- have unopposed candidates running in the election, David Potts and incumbent Rob Usher, respectively. Ward 2 incumbent Chris Casdia chose not to seek re-election.

Polls will be open in the city from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Woodstock Public Library, which is located at 7735 Main Street. You can view a sample ballot for the race by clicking here.
