Yawn's Publishing To Leave Downtown Canton

The company owned and operated by City Councilman Farris Yawn will relocate to the South Canton Business Park.

CANTON, GA -- A well-established business in downtown Canton will soon relocate to the southern part of the city.

Yawn's Publishing announced in a newsletter blast that will move its operations to the South Canton Business Park at 2555 Marietta Highway Suite 103.

Its current location is 198 North Street. The independent publishing company is owned and operated by Canton City Councilman Farris Yawn.

"This move will help us better serve our authors and customers," the company said. "We will continue to publish and to sell our authors books, as well as special order books for our customers."

New offices hours will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Yawn's Publishing will also be available for appointment for authors, prospective clients or special order pickups.

The folks behind the business will close up shop the last week in September to move, but will be accessible by phone and email to meet for appointments.

Yawn's Publishing is slated to reopen for operations on Monday, Oct. 3. An open house announcement is forthcoming.
